In the Surkhandarya region, during the tender process for 38.5 billion soums, violations were revealed, and the procurement was canceled. This was reported by the Anti-Corruption Agency.
According to the information, the tender was announced by "Surxondaryo Qurilish Invest," and during the inspection, serious violations of the law were identified.
As a result of the study, it became known that the tender participant "F." The LLC was unreasonably exempted from paying taxes on the basis of false information about the debtor. At the same time, the remaining two LLCs were recognized as winners and the reserve as winners.
The agency assessed this situation as an act contrary to competition, and the results of the tender as contrary to the principle of fair competition.
As a result, the procurement was officially canceled, and all relevant documents were sent to law enforcement agencies.
Pre-investigation checks are currently underway. The Anti-Corruption Agency stated that strict measures will be taken against officials who violate the principles of transparency, competition, and legality in tenders.
