The incident between a road-patrol service inspector and a driver in the Bukhara region has become widely discussed. According to available information, Junior Sergeant Saifiev, who was on duty in the Romitan district, repeatedly turned the vehicle’s lights on and off, demanding that the driver of the Equinox give way.
