A person who destabilized the situation on the streets of Tashkent, insulting drivers in the middle of the road and obstructing traffic, received a court decision. According to the information, the incident occurred on November 13 in the Yashnabad district.
In videos circulating on social networks, it is clearly seen that the man uses rude words toward drivers and, shouting “I am from Kashkadarya, anyone strong?”, seriously obstructs traffic. This disrupted not only peace but also public order.
At the court hearing, he admitted his guilt, expressed regret for his actions, and asked for a lighter penalty. However, the court, applying Article 183 of the Administrative Responsibility Code — petty hooliganism, sentenced him to 10 days of administrative arrest.
Additionally, 15 percent of the Basic Calculation Amount for each day — a total of 618 thousand soums — will be collected in favor of the state as expenses for detention in the special facility.
