A plant poisoning the air in Yangiyul has been exposed

During a raid at a brick factory in the Yangiyul district of the Tashkent region, violations of environmental standards were identified. The thick and foul-smelling smoke emanating from the factory was visible from afar, especially at night, causing public discontent.

According to the inspection results, it turned out that no air purification filters were installed at the enterprise. It was also noted that various types of waste were burned instead of special fuel for firing bricks.

Large accumulations of waste prepared for incineration were also discovered on the territory of the plant. Relevant legal measures are being taken in connection with this situation, and the activities of the enterprise are being monitored.
