A terrible incident in Mirobod: two cars consecutively hit a pedestrian

A road accident that occurred in the evening in the Mirabad district of Tashkent city claimed the life of one person. The incident occurred on December 9 at approximately 10:30 PM on Islam Karimov Street.

According to preliminary information, the driver of the Yutong electric bus hit a pedestrian crossing the road at an unregulated pedestrian crossing. Due to a strong impact, the pedestrian fell in the opposite direction and was also hit by a moving Haval car.

Unfortunately, the pedestrian died at the scene from his injuries.

The Investigative Department of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of Tashkent initiated a criminal case under part 2 of Article 266 of the Criminal Code (Causing death as a result of violation of traffic rules). Currently, all the details of the incident are being investigated.
