The head of the Department of Preschool and School Education of the Fergana region was brought to administrative responsibility. The reason for this was the failure to comply with the requirements of labor legislation in the process of dismissing the school principal, as well as in the process of appointing a new director. This was reported by the information service of the State Labor Inspectorate.
It should be recalled that at the beginning of the year, there were reports that the director of secondary school No. 37 in Buvayda district was forcing teachers to be on duty day and night. Later, information appeared that the instruction to involve staff on duty in schools, which was sent to the regional departments with the stamp "XDFU," was actually given by the Ministry of Preschool and School Education.
The State Labor Inspectorate investigated this situation and found that the procedure for the director's dismissal was violated, that is, the decision was formalized in violation of labor legislation requirements. For this reason, based on the written instruction of the inspection, the department's order No. 1-k dated January 6, 2026, was canceled.
