“CHERY TIGGO 7 PRO” car seized due to debt

The Enforcement Bureau of the Andijan region received an enforcement document from the inter-district civil court of Andijan regarding the debtor S.T. The document mandates the collection of a 267.2 million soum credit debt in favor of the state joint-stock commercial bank “Asakabank” and targets the recovery from the pledged vehicle.

The debtor was warned and informed about the need to fulfill the requirements of the enforcement document within the specified period.

However, as the credit debt was not paid within the specified timeframes, Bureau officers registered and seized the “CHERY TIGGO 7 PRO” vehicle.

Now, if the credit debts are not repaid, the vehicle may be put up for auction.
