Citizen A.I. turned out to be one of the fathers who avoided such responsibility. According to the court decision, he was obliged to pay alimony in favor of his ex-wife A.S. for his minor child. However, he did not fulfill his duty and incurred a debt of 20 million soums.
The debtor is wanted, and his address has not been established. But in this situation, an unexpected situation occurred - due to the actions of the bailiffs of the Gallyaaral District Department of the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement, the wife of the debtor's brother - that is, the sister-in-law - paid 10 million soums in alimony for the child.
The sister-in-law explained her financial assistance to the child with affection, emphasizing that "an innocent child is not responsible." He also expressed that neither the father nor the mother should be indifferent to the fate of the child and did not hide his disappointment with the situation.
