It turned out that a woman living in Tashkent, born in 1953, previously convicted several times, had a prior agreement with an acquaintance born in 1982. They plan to sell 2 hectares of non-residential land belonging to a business entity in the Yunusabad district, which is currently under ban, to the buyer for 9 million US dollars.
According to the information, the suspects said that they would prepare all the documents through their official acquaintances. In return, he promised to transfer the land to the residential category and received $200,000 in advance.
They were apprehended with material evidence by officers of the Tashkent City Department of the State Security Service and the Department for Combating Economic Crimes. An investigation into the incident is currently underway.
Criminal proceedings have been initiated against these individuals under Article 168, Part 4, Clause "a," and Article 28, Part 1 of the Criminal Code. Law enforcement agencies are investigating additional circumstances in the case.
