The increasing debt on taxes and other mandatory payments has a negative impact on state budget revenues, as well as on the financial activities of economic entities.
Based on the decision of the Jizzakh Regional Tax Department, enforcement documents for collecting 66 million soums in taxes and other mandatory payments from the "E.O" farm, which failed to fulfill its tax obligations, were received by the Dostlik district department of the Compulsory Enforcement Bureau.
State bailiffs placed liens on the debtor's bank accounts and imposed restrictions on their existing assets.
During the compulsory enforcement actions, equipment used for crop treatment belonging to the debtor was seized to cover the debt.
In the future, this equipment may be sold through auctions in accordance with established procedures, and the proceeds will be directed to cover the debt.
