In ensuring the enforcement of executive documents related to alimony collection, cases of individuals evading alimony payments are being forwarded to courts, and relevant measures are being taken against them.
R.B., a debtor in the proceedings of the Bogot district department of the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement, was ordered by a court order dated February 6, 2020, of the Bogot inter-district court for civil cases to pay alimony for the financial support of one child to the claimant T.Sh.; however, he failed to pay the stipulated alimony on time.
As a result, an alimony debt of 116,303.4 thousand som accumulated from March 6, 2020, to April 1, 2026.
Due to the impossibility of collecting alimony payments from debtor R.B., a state enforcement officer of the department, K. Dzhumaniazov, drew up an administrative report against him, and the compiled documents were sent to the Bogot district court for criminal cases in accordance with Article 47-4 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
By a court decision dated April 2, 2026, debtor R.B. was sentenced to 15 (fifteen) days of administrative arrest, ensuring the inevitability of punishment.
