Plaintiff admitted to residence in KungradA plaintiff has been admitted to a residence in Kungrad following a court order. The Civil Court of Kungrad District issued a writ of execution mandating that the plaintiff, R.R., be granted access to a house located on Meshit Street in the "Kiyat" rural settlement of Kungrad District, which belongs to her father. The writ of execution was received by the Kungrad District Department of the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement, and state enforcement officers initiated enforcement actions. Specifically, the state enforcement officer explained and warned the defendant that the plaintiff was being forcibly admitted to the residence and that any obstruction to the plaintiff's residency would lead to accountability. As a result, the plaintiff R.R. was admitted to the house belonging to her father, and the court's decision was enforced.
