E’zoza Karimova issued an important call to educators regarding ethics and responsibility

The Minister of Preschool and School Education, E’zoza Karimova, issued an official appeal to all employees of educational institutions within the system. In it, it is particularly emphasized that respecting the rights and legitimate interests of children, as well as carefully protecting their psychological well-being, must become a primary professional duty of educators.
The appeal notes that for every teacher and educator, protecting children, treating them with respect, and ensuring a healthy psychological environment must become a core professional principle.
The minister called on pedagogical teams to prevent any improper behavior, negligence, or irresponsibility, and emphasized the need for strict adherence to professional ethics standards and demonstration of a high level of culture.
It is also stated that creating a stable, positive, and humane environment in educational institutions, as well as reliably protecting the rights and interests of children, is the fundamental duty of every employee.
“In any situation, full compliance with current legislation, internal regulations, and professional ethics requirements is mandatory. Negligence in this matter is absolutely unacceptable. Every employee must deeply understand that they are personally responsible for the results of their work. As a leader, I expect from you constant vigilance, high responsibility, and dedication,” the minister stated in her appeal.
This appeal is aimed at further strengthening discipline, responsibility, and attention to children within the education system.
