A resident of Bukhara city caused a traffic accident while operating a Chery vehicle in violation of traffic safety regulations.
According to the Department of Internal Affairs of the Bukhara region, the incident occurred on April 15 at approximately 8:50 PM.
During the preliminary investigation and inquiry, it was determined that the driver was operating the vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.
It was noted that the state of intoxication was officially recorded and documented in accordance with established procedures.
A pre-investigation inquiry into the incident is currently ongoing, and all legal circumstances are being examined.
