Based on the execution writ issued by the Sergeli District Criminal Court on March 31, 2026, the Sergeli district branch of the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement received execution documents regarding the recovery of funds from debtor A.V. The documents mandated the payment of 18,433.7 thousand soums to claimant S.M. and nearly 3 million soums to another claimant, X.S., who suffered material damage as a result of a road traffic accident.
In accordance with Article 23 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On the Execution of Court Documents and Documents of Other Organs," enforcement proceedings were initiated regarding these execution documents.
It was established that the debtor, while driving a Tracker-2 vehicle, acted negligently by failing to maintain a safe following distance and collided with a Lacetti vehicle traveling ahead. The force of the impact caused the Lacetti to strike a Labo vehicle positioned in front of it.
During the course of the enforcement actions, a total of 21,388.5 thousand soums was fully recovered from the debtor in favor of the claimants. Consequently, the execution document was recorded as completed in practice in accordance with Clause 1 of Article 41 of the Law, and the case was closed.
