The illegal activities of the head of the cadastre department have been exposed in the Jalaquduq district of the Andijan region.
It is reported that he fraudulently obtained 3,000 US dollars by promising to allocate a plot of land to a citizen. According to the investigation, the official told the citizen that a decision had allegedly been issued regarding the allocation of land within a mahalla territory.
In reality, this information was unfounded, and it was determined that the citizen had been deceived. During an operational event, a department employee was detained while returning the money under the instructions of the head.
A criminal case has been initiated regarding the situation under the relevant article of the Criminal Code, and an investigation is currently underway.
