Factors such as obesity, sedentary lifestyles, and poor nutrition significantly increase the risk, along with harmful habits like smoking and alcohol consumption. However, specialists emphasize that these diseases can be prevented through regular physical activity, healthy eating, and routine medical check-ups, with health authorities urging the public to stay vigilant.
Today, a significant portion of deaths and disabilities worldwide is linked to cardiovascular diseases.
Experts note that heart attacks, strokes, and their complications are among the primary causes. In many cases, these diseases are not noticeable in their early stages.

At least 30 minutes of daily physical activity, healthy eating, and regular medical check-ups help protect the heart.
The Ministry of Health is also urging the public to be vigilant in this regard.
