A pharmacy operating without the necessary documentation has been discovered in the Namangan region.

A joint operation was conducted by the Naryn District Department under the Prosecutor General's Office and other law enforcement agencies. It was revealed that a citizen, S.A., had been engaged in pharmacy activities without registering as an entrepreneur.

It is reported that the individual sold medicinal products lacking quality certification documents at a pharmacy located in the "Boʻston" MFY area.

During the inspection, 29,289 units of 1,197 types of medicines and medical supplies, with a total value of 140.9 million soums, were seized. These products have been documented as material evidence.

A criminal case has been initiated regarding the incident under Article 186-3 of the Criminal Code.

Investigation activities are currently underway regarding this case.
