Illegal pharmacy operation uncovered in Namangan
In Namangan region, authorities uncovered an illegal pharmacy operating without the necessary documentation. A rapid operation conducted by the local department of the Prosecutor General's Office and other law enforcement agencies revealed that an individual, S.A., was running the pharmacy without state registration. During the inspection, 29,289 units of unverified medications and medical supplies, valued at 140.9 million soums, were confiscated as evidence. A criminal case has been initiated under Article 186-3 of the Criminal Code, and investigations are ongoing.

A joint operation was conducted by the Naryn District Department under the Prosecutor General's Office and other law enforcement agencies. It was revealed that a citizen, S.A., had been engaged in pharmacy activities without registering as an entrepreneur.
It is reported that the individual sold medicinal products lacking quality certification documents at a pharmacy located in the "Boʻston" MFY area.
During the inspection, 29,289 units of 1,197 types of medicines and medical supplies, with a total value of 140.9 million soums, were seized. These products have been documented as material evidence.
A criminal case has been initiated regarding the incident under Article 186-3 of the Criminal Code.
