Uzbek footballer Jaloliddin Masharipov sustains serious injury and leaves the field on a stretcher

Midfielder for the Uzbekistan national team, Jaloliddin Masharipov, has suffered an injury.

Masharipov, who played in the starting lineup for "Istiqlol" against "Shams Azar" in the Iranian Pro League, sustained an injury in the 5th minute and was forced to leave the field on a stretcher.

There has been no official information regarding the player's injury. The severity of the injury will be determined following a medical examination.
