Brazilian national team head coach Carlo Ancelotti stated that any coach's style is primarily linked to the players' characteristics within the team. In his opinion, no matter how experienced or knowledgeable the coach is, the main force that creates style is the personality and capabilities of the player.

- The style does not depend on the coach himself. It is formed depending on the performers in the team. For example, Pep Guardiola built his playing style with players like Xavi, Iniesta, Busquets, and Messi. If it had other players, perhaps such a style wouldn't have emerged.
Ancelotti also cited Jürgen Klopp as an example. According to him, Klopp's style was built entirely on intensity and pressure, as he had a squad with such characteristics. "Gvardiola Klopp wouldn't have been able to create his own style with his players. Similarly, Klopp wouldn't have been able to apply the same pressure with Xavi or Iniesta," he said.
Speaking about his "style," Ancelotti explained it not by calmness, but by his ability to manage people. - "I have the potential to manage not only players, but also people. In any field, the issue lies in working with people. If you can listen to people and trust them, you will see the best result," the coach said.
The Brazilian national team coach described himself not as a dictator, but as an ordinary person who values peace. "If you are calm, people will do everything for you. This is the biggest advantage," Ancelotti added.
According to him, the words of great footballers like Paolo Maldini, "With Carlo, I enjoyed not only football but also life," are among the most accurate assessments of his entire career.
