Fiorentina was trailing 0:2 in a home match against Bologna, but managed to equalize – the match ended with a 2:2 score. At the end of the game, Fiorentina goalkeeper David de Gea shared his thoughts.
“At 0:3, I thought we might lose by 0:6. Then a goal was disallowed, we regained ourselves a bit and were close to winning.
To be honest, we could have lost this match too, but we played well in the last 25 minutes. As a result, this is a good outcome, because at one point the game was almost lost.
But yes, we are stumbling a bit. Everyone needs to improve their own game,” said De Gea in an interview with DAZN.
Fiorentina currently occupies the 18th place in the Serie A league table. The team has not managed to win a single game in eight rounds (four draws, four defeats).
