Paris Saint-Germain risks being deprived of Desire Due's services for a long period. The 20-year-old footballer was forced to be substituted in the 63rd minute of their Ligue 1 match against Lorient.
The winger was taken off the field in a wheelchair and could not hold back his tears. "I don't know how serious Due's injury is, but it was very hard to watch," PSG head coach Luis Enrique emphasized when asked about the young French player's condition.
In mid-October, Desire Due had recovered from a previous injury, which had kept him out of matches since September. On Saturday, PSG will host Nice at home in their next match in the French championship.
Then, on the following Tuesday, they will face Bayern at home in the Champions League.
