Rob Edwards has been officially appointed as the new head coach of Wolverhampton Wanderers. The 42-year-old's appointment was announced by the "Wolves" press service.
Edwards' last managerial position was at Middlesbrough. Prior to that, he managed Luton Town for three years and led the team to the English Premier League.
Additionally, Edwards worked within the Wolverhampton system in 2016 and again during the 2018-2019 season. It is worth noting that the Wolves are currently considered the main underdogs of the English Premier League.
The team has not secured a single victory this season, holding only two points, with seven goals scored and 25 conceded. They are eight points behind the 17th position.
