PSG Reveals Details of Zabarnyi Transfer

In France, details of Paris Saint-Germain's (PSG) acquisition of defender Illya Zabarnyi have been revealed. The club purchased the Ukrainian player considering the possibility of Marquinhos leaving the team.

At the same time, there were almost no alternatives to Zabarnyi, as a prior agreement had already been reached with him. French journalist Fabrice Hawkins reported this to RMC Sport.

Despite Marquinhos staying with the team, PSG continues to prepare for the possibility of his departure. The transfer fee for Zabarnyi amounted to €63 million.

The player has signed a contract until July 30, 2030. The 23-year-old's market value is currently estimated at €55 million.
