Guus Hiddink Expresses Desire to Participate in World Cup Again

Dutch coach Guus Hiddink, despite being inactive since 2021, has not ruled out the possibility of working at the upcoming World Cup. The former Russia national team coach is now 79 years old.

"The World Cup is pure magic. The European Championship and the World Cup are incredible events.

Dick Advocaat is 78 years old, and he is participating in another World Cup. It’s 5, 6, 7 weeks of absolute brilliance!

I’ve participated in the European and World Championships five times. Can I do it again?

Of course! My phone is always on," Hiddink said in an interview with A Bola.

Hiddink’s most recent job was with the Curaçao national team. That team is now managed by Dick Advocaat.
