About Liverpool's problems: building teams from superstars is ineffective

Bayern Munich's honorary president, Uli Hoeness, shared his thoughts on Liverpool and analyzed the team's current challenges this season. He emphasized that Liverpool spent a substantial sum of €500 million during the summer transfer window, but this substantial investment did not lead the club to success.

Although Liverpool added new players during this year's transfer window, including Bayer Leverkusen superstar Florian Wirz, this did not affect the club's transformation. Hyoness believes the team's main problem is that while strong superstars have joined Liverpool, they lack coordinated play.

The Liverpool team consists of many "managers" and "chiefs," but each of them wants to show only themselves in the game. This, in turn, hinders collaboration and teamwork. Hyoness noted that Liverpool players, including Mohamed Salah and Dominic Soboslai, are focusing only on their individual performances, which prevents them from passing the ball to each other and organizing a full team game.

Hyoness believes that Liverpool could achieve higher results again if they focus on striving for team play and playing the ball together to solve similar problems. The team needs to return to its strong lines and organize hard-working matches that give responsibility to each player.
