The Round of 16 of the Italian Cup officially kicked off, with one of its first matches taking place in Turin. Juventus played to their advantage, defeating Udinese 2-0 and securing a spot in the next round.
In the very first part of the competition, the "zebaras" took the initiative. In the 23rd minute, Jonathan David opened the scoring, perfectly completing the team combination. After this goal, the Turin side further liberalized the game and kept the opponent under pressure.
The scene didn't change in the second half either. Juve took control of the game, doubling the lead in the 68th minute with a precise shot from Manuel Locatelli. This goal effectively put the final point in the game, and Udinese couldn't find a chance to return against a strong opponent.
