Mbappe Equals Ronaldo's Record, Portuguese Star Responds


Kylian Mbappe matches Cristiano Ronaldo's record for most goals scored in a calendar year with Real Madrid. After scoring against Sevilla, the French footballer celebrated in the style of the Portuguese star.

In response to Mbappe's social media post, Ronaldo personally acknowledged the achievement, expressing his respect for Kylian's milestone. Cristiano did not write any words but left two emojis — raised hands and fire symbols.

Cristiano Ronaldo played for Real Madrid from 2009 to 2018. The 40-year-old Portuguese star is currently playing for Al-Nassr in Saudi Arabia.

In La Liga, Real Madrid is trailing leaders Barcelona by one point. However, the Catalan side has yet to play their match for the round.
