Former French national team footballer Frank Leboeuf compared two of his compatriots — Real Madrid forward Kylian Mbappé and former "Los Blancos" player Zinedine Zidane. According to the expert, Zidane's level is so high that Mbappé will not be able to reach it.
“Of course not, they cannot be compared. He will never reach Zidane's level, and perhaps no one else ever will either,” Goal quotes Leboeuf as saying.
Zinedine Zidane retired as a player in 2006. In addition to playing for Real Madrid, the Frenchman also represented Juventus and Bordeaux.
He is a two-time Serie A champion and a La Liga champion. As part of the French national team, Zidane won the FIFA World Cup in 1998.
