English League Cup. Khusanov and Manchester City in the final (video)

In the second leg of the English League Cup semi-final, Manchester City defeated Newcastle at home to secure a spot in the final. Guardiola's side won 3-1 and will face Arsenal in the decisive stage.
The main character of the meeting is Omar Marmush. From the very first minutes, he appeared very active in attack and switched the opponent's defense to a "difficult mode." Marmush opened the scoring in the 7th minute, giving his team an early lead, and scored another goal in the 29th minute, securing a brace. City's third goal was scored by Reynders in the 32nd minute - in this episode too, the Citizens' speed and combination played a decisive role.
Newcastle tried to wake up in the second half. In the 62nd minute, Elanga narrowed the gap, trying to curb the intrigue. However, "City" did not lose control of the game: ball rotation in the center, positional attacks, and "killing the tempo" when necessary - all this helped the hosts maintain the result.
The most exciting aspect for Uzbekistan's fans was Abdukodir Khusanov's performance. The defender played full-time throughout the match and proved to be an integral part of the squad that reached the final with his team. Staying on the field for 90 minutes in a game with high pressure, like the semi-final, is a sign of confidence and stability.
Thus, Manchester City reached the English League Cup final. Now Guardiola's team faces a big clash - their opponent in the final is Arsenal. In the fight for the cup, every little detail is now important: one situation, one decision, one blow decides the fate.
