According to the latest reports, the "royal club" is interested in the transfer of Vitinha, one of Paris Saint-Germain's key players, and action may begin ahead of the summer market. Spanish publication Cadena SER reported on February 24th that Real Madrid is preparing for the summer transfer of Vitinha.
This interest is not without reason. The Madrid side sees the Portuguese midfielder as a player capable of ensuring quality, control, and playing time in midfield. That is, rumors have intensified within the club that Vitinha is being considered one of the figures who can keep the center stable after Toni Kroos and Luka Modric. According to sources, there is another interesting point behind this possible transition: some reports mention a private agreement with Vitinha or a "gentlemanly agreement." According to him, if a club like Real Madrid makes an offer of around €100 million, PSG could be ready for negotiations. This clause is not an officially published document, but this figure remains the most frequently mentioned amount in transfer discussions.
Vitinha himself is currently a key player for the Parisian club. According to Transfermarkt, he moved from Porto to PSG in 2022, his current contract runs until June 30, 2029, and his market value is estimated at €110 million. This alone shows that this transfer won't be easy or cheap.
This season, the skilled Portuguese midfielder continues to prove himself an important player. His statistics vary slightly in different sources, but it is clear that he is performing effectively in the 2025/26 season: for example, Le Monde called him the "metronome" of PSG with 5 goals and 8 assists as of December 2025, while FotMob indicates that he scored 1 goal and provided 7 assists in the league. Some publications also mention that the skilled footballer participated in 35 matches for the Parisians in all competitions, scoring 6 goals and providing 10 assists, but this is not fully confirmed by an independent official source.
In short, this is not yet an official deal, but rather an increasingly serious transfer rumor.
