Vitinha Dreams of Reaching Xavi and Iniesta’s Level with Neves

PSG midfielder Vitinha spoke about his chemistry with his central partner João Neves. This was reported by euro-football.rureports.

The two Portuguese midfielders took the Parisians’ game to a high level last season and played a major role in the club’s first-ever UEFA Champions League triumph.

“If at the end of our careers João and I are mentioned alongside Xavi and Iniesta, that would be amazing. We both like to control the ball and try to act creatively — we play football like we did as kids. That’s the irreplaceable side of football, the thing that makes people fall in love with the game,” Spanish media quoted Vitinha as saying.

The 25-year-old joined PSG from Porto in 2022.
