The capital of Mongolia, Ulaanbaatar, is currently hosting the Asian Senior Boxing Championship. Both teams of the Uzbek national team are participating in this prestigious competition and are showing decent results in the ring.
As part of today's fights, our compatriot Shahzod Muzaffarov entered the ring in the 1/8 final stage in the -55 kg weight category. He showed absolute superiority in the match against his Jordanian opponent Mahdi Almashaleh, winning with a convincing score of 5:0. Now our boxer faces an even more serious test. In the quarterfinals, he will fight against the famous Kazakh boxer, two-time world champion Makhmud Sabyrkhan. This exciting clash is scheduled for April 3, and fans are eagerly awaiting this fight.
