Former Chelsea player and manager Ruud Gullit explained in an interview with GOAL why top-tier specialists like Pep Guardiola, Jose Mourinho, and Jurgen Klopp avoid managing the London club. In Ruud Gullit's opinion, any manager understands that the team needs experienced players like Casemiro or Aurelien Tchouameni.
