Chelsea punished by the FA due to fan conduct

The Football Association (FA) has announced disciplinary action against Chelsea following incidents during their FA Cup match against Charlton Athletic. The conduct of the visiting fans during the match in January was officially investigated by the organization. This is reported by Goal.com .
According to the investigation, Chelsea fans are accused of inappropriate behavior in the 56th minute of the match. The FA statement says the club failed to prevent its supporters from using offensive and discriminatory language related to religious beliefs. This incident was deemed a breach of the code of conduct for professional football matches.
This match was memorable as the debut for Charlton Athletic under new manager Liam Rosenior. Although Chelsea defeated their opponent 5:1 on the pitch, the events in the stands overshadowed the victory. In that game, Jorrel Hato, Tosin Adarabioyo, Marc Guiu, Pedro Neto, and Enzo Fernandez scored for the team.
Recall that Chelsea's FA Cup run ended with a 1:0 defeat to Manchester City in the final. Charlton Athletic manager Liam Rosenior was dismissed in April due to a string of defeats and the team's worst results since 1912.
