CarPlay issues resolved with iOS 18.4.1 patch

After releasing iOS 18.4, many CarPlay users reported severe issues — random disconnects, sound bugs, and instability, pepelac.news reported.

Some said their wireless CarPlay stopped working completely and reconnecting the iPhone had no effect.

Apple responded with iOS 18.4.1, aimed at fixing “a rare issue affecting wireless CarPlay in some vehicles.” Users have noticed improved performance and stability.
