Tesla has signed a $16.5 billion (approx. 208 trillion UZS) agreement with Samsung to manufacture artificial intelligence chips, according to TechCrunch.com.
Under the deal, Samsung will produce high-performance chips to power Tesla’s autopilot and neural computing technologies.
The chips will be made using a 4-nanometer process at Samsung Foundry and will be used in Tesla’s next-gen vehicles and robotics.
The agreement accelerates Tesla’s plans to build a robust, independent AI infrastructure.
For Samsung, this deal strengthens its position in the U.S. automotive sector.
Both companies view the agreement as a strategic long-term collaboration.
