Maxsun introduces new MoDT motherboards with integrated Intel processors

Maxsun has unveiled its new motherboards, the MS MoDT 230H D4 WIFI and MS MoDT 205H D4 WIFI. The unique feature of these solutions is that the processor is soldered directly onto the board, making the system more affordable than purchasing a separate CPU and motherboard. However, such a system does not allow for future processor upgrades. This is reported by Ixbt.com .
The larger model is equipped with a 10-core Intel Core 7 230H processor. It includes 6 performance cores and 4 efficiency cores, capable of handling 16 threads. The processor's maximum frequency reaches 5.2 GHz, with a TDP of 115W. The smaller model features an 8-core Intel Core 5 205H processor, operating at frequencies up to 4.8 GHz.
Both boards share identical specifications: two DIMM slots for DDR4 memory, PCIe 5.0 x16 and PCIe x4 slots, two M.2 Gen4 slots, as well as Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.3 modules. The boards measure 190 × 180 mm, with the Core 7 230H version featuring an additional heatsink for the VRM.
Regarding pricing, the new products are highly competitive. In the Chinese market, the smaller model is priced at less than $150, while the larger model with the Intel Core 7 230H is valued at around $200. These solutions are attractive options for budget gaming PCs and home systems.
