YouTube blocked Belarusian state channels

The YouTube video platform has deleted the accounts of a number of Belarusian state television channels. This was announced by the country's Ministry of Information on its official Telegram page.

The official statement said that Google's YouTube service removed major Belarusian channels such as BelTA, STV, and ONT from the platform. There is no detailed explanation of the reasons for this decision.

The Belarusian side assessed this action as "unjustified and unfriendly." The Ministry also emphasized that it reserves the right to respond to such a measure.
