Leningradsky Station Reopens After Renovation: Updates in 2GIS and Yandex Maps

On May 22, 2026, Leningradsky Station in Moscow resumed operations following extensive renovations. Located at the famous "Three Stations Square," the complex now features five modern waiting lounges. To improve passenger convenience, transfer routes between MZD, MTD, surface transport, and trains have been significantly shortened, and new services have been introduced. This is reported by Ixbt.com news.
In light of this significant event, 2GIS and Yandex Maps have fully updated the area map and station layout. Users can now view the area in digital format with greater precision and utilize navigation services more effectively.
Representatives from 2GIS stated that realistic 3D models of all major buildings have appeared at "Three Stations Square." These include Leningradsky, Yaroslavsky, and Kazansky stations, the "Moskva" department store, the "Leningradskaya" hotel skyscraper, and metro station vestibules.
Furthermore, floor-by-floor maps of Leningradsky Station have been updated. This feature helps passengers quickly locate necessary zones and plot the most efficient route to their destination. These technological upgrades serve to increase the throughput capacity of the transport hub.
