Special for law enforcement: Cooling helmets launched in India

In the capital of India, traffic police officers have started using unusual helmets equipped with a built-in cooling system. This device is designed to prevent overheating for officers on long shifts on the streets. This is reported by Ixbt.com reports .

The new gadget is equipped with a system of small fans and air ducts that deliver a constant flow of air inside the helmet. The device runs on a rechargeable battery and helps police officers maintain their performance even on the hottest days through active air circulation.

Such measures have become particularly relevant against the backdrop of an anomalous heat wave covering most of the country. Currently, a 'red' level of danger has been declared in a number of regions due to excessively high temperatures.

According to meteorological services, temperatures in some districts are 3–5 degrees above normal, and in some places, this difference is even greater. This technological solution serves to protect the health of police officers in harsh climatic conditions.
