
On February 28, a gas leak in the Yukori-Chirchik district of Tashkent region left thousands of residents without gas supply, reports the press service of "Hududgazta’minot".
The accident was caused by an excavator damaging a high-pressure gas pipeline. As a result, the following areas were affected:
- 2,500 residents
- 7 major consumers
- Mahallas: "Korsoy", "Navruz", "Jambul", and "Kizil Emek"
Emergency services are working on-site to restore supply. Authorities have apologized for the inconvenience caused to residents.
