Uzbekistan to review electricity and gas consumption limits

In Uzbekistan, the duration of social norms for electricity and gas consumption may change depending on weather conditions, as stated in a Cabinet decision.

According to the document, the Ministry of Energy has been granted the right to adjust the validity period of basic energy consumption norms based on air temperature. These changes may affect both the heating season and other periods.

Additionally, the Ministry of Energy, "Hududgazta’minot," and "Regional Electric Networks" are required to publish information about such changes on their official websites and in the media.
