Air Quality in Tashkent Deteriorates Significantly

On March 28, the concentration of fine particulate matter PM2.5 in Tashkent's air reached 30 µg/m³, exceeding the World Health Organization's (WHO) recommended limit by six times, reports NOVA24.
As of 08:00, levels of ozone and PM10 pollutants remained within permissible limits; however, the concentration of hazardous PM2.5 particles was six times higher than the WHO standard. The air quality is assessed as moderate.
