Zambian Parliament Secretary Dies In Tashkent
Roy Mukoba Ngulube, the Secretary of Zambia’s National Assembly, has died during an official visit to Tashkent, Kursiv Media reported.

He passed away on April 7, 2025, at 20:35 Tashkent time after a brief illness.

Ngulube was accompanying the Speaker of the National Assembly at the 150th Inter-Parliamentary Union Assembly in Uzbekistan’s capital.

He had served as the Assembly’s Secretary since September 2023.
