Tashkent to close two metro stations for 3 months
From June 8, metro service between two stations in Tashkent will be suspended for three months, UPL.UZ reported

In Tashkent, from June 8, trains will not run between the «Turon» and «Kipchak» stations on the overground ring metro line for three months due to scheduled maintenance work.

As an alternative, a free bus service № 1m will operate from 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM with a 6‑minute interval. Boarding and alighting will be only at metro stations.

The transport authority stated that these preventive works aim to improve passenger comfort.
