Uzbekistan to pay citizens for videos of water violations
In Uzbekistan, citizens will receive cash rewards for recording and reporting violations of water resource regulations, uz.kursiv.media reported.

If someone captures a violation near a water body, they must upload the video to v-nadzor.gov.uz within 48 hours. The video should be no longer than 2 minutes and clearly show the offense.

All submissions will be reviewed within 10 days. First-time offenders will receive a warning. Repeat violations will result in fines.

The person who submitted the video will receive 25% of the fine amount as a reward, paid within 15 days.
