Uzbekistan will launch a registry of obligations containing data on enforcement documents, reported nova24.uz. The Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement will manage the platform.
According to the reform, decisions within enforcement proceedings and other documents will be delivered to individuals via the Unified Portal for Interactive Government Services and to legal entities through the taxpayer’s cabinet. The guaranteed income exempt from collection will now equal half of the minimum wage.
Government agencies, banks, and other entities will be able to exchange information with the BCE. All data will be entered via an automated system and stored for 10 years. Read 'Zamin' on Telegram!
