10th-grade students can also study at technical schools

In Uzbekistan, 10th-grade students have been given the opportunity to transfer their studies to technical schools. This is stipulated in the administrative regulations approved by Resolution No. 450 of the Cabinet of Ministers.

Under the new procedure, 10th-grade students at general secondary schools may transfer their studies to technical schools. A unified procedure will also be introduced for the transfer or reinstatement of students at vocational education organizations.

Applications for these services may be submitted electronically through Public Service Centers or the Unified Interactive State Services Portal (YAIDXP).

The resolution also establishes a unified procedure for issuing conclusions on the transfer and reinstatement of students at vocational education organizations. A relevant system will be developed in cooperation with the Ministry of Digital Technologies to enable the provision of state services through YAIDXP.

In addition, the process will make it possible to obtain the information required for providing services electronically from state authorities. This will help simplify the document submission process for students and their parents.
