Will traffic in the Sergeli district be restricted for a month?
A temporary road closure will take place in Tashkent’s Sergeli district, specifically on Obihayot Street, due to planned maintenance on hot water pipelines. According to the city authorities, the traffic restriction will last from July 19 to August 18, 2025.

As a result, several public transport routes will be modified during this period:

• Route 184 will operate only up to the "Sergeli Fair" bus stop.
• Routes 40 and 143 will be redirected via Yangi Sergeli Street → Sogdiyona → Jalloyir → Obihayot (open section).

The public is advised to plan their trips accordingly and remain patient during the temporary disruption. City officials have assured that all work will be done efficiently and with safety protocols in place.
